File Upload Guidelines

Prepare Your Artwork for the Best DTF Print Results

To ensure the highest quality DTF transfers and gang sheets, please review and follow the file upload guidelines below. Files that meet these requirements will produce the sharpest prints, accurate colors, and smooth application.

Accepted File Formats

We recommend uploading print-ready, high-resolution files in the following formats:

  • PNG (preferred, with transparent background)

  • PDF (high quality)

  • Other high-resolution image files may be accepted if print-ready

Avoid screenshots, low-quality images, or files pulled from social media.

Image Resolution (Very Important)

  • 300 DPI is strongly recommended

  • Low-resolution files may appear blurry or pixelated when printed

  • Files are printed exactly as submitted

We are not responsible for quality issues caused by low-resolution artwork.

Background & Transparency

  • Transparent backgrounds are highly recommended

  • Do not include unwanted white or colored backgrounds unless intended

  • Remove all backgrounds before uploading

Sizing & Scaling

  • Upload artwork at actual print size

  • Do not rely on resizing after upload

  • Enlarging small images can reduce print quality

For gang sheets, all layouts must fit within a 22-inch wide sheet and the selected length.

Color Settings

  • Use RGB color mode for best results

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing process

  • Extremely bright or neon colors may appear slightly different when printed

Text & Fine Details

  • Very small text or thin lines may not print clearly

  • Text smaller than 8 pt is not recommended

  • Avoid extremely fine details for best durability

Mirroring Artwork

DTF transfers are printed correctly for heat pressing as submitted.

Artwork Review Policy

  • Files are printed as uploaded

  • We do not edit, resize, correct spelling, or adjust colors

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork before checkout

Gang Sheet Builder Tips

  • All gang sheets are 22 inches wide

  • Arrange designs efficiently to maximize space

  • You may mix different designs and sizes on one sheet

  • Leave slight spacing between designs to avoid overlap
