At PrimePress DTF, all products are custom printed to order. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Because DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom-made, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Customer-uploaded artwork

• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

• Color variations due to screen differences

• User errors during pressing

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to our production error, we will replace or refund the affected item.

To qualify:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• Do not press or wash the transfer before reporting the issue

Once verified, we will reprint or refund the affected portion of your order.

Shipping Issues

PrimePress DTF is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Reshipping fees may apply if the package is returned.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once production has started.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
