By accessing or purchasing from PrimePress DTF, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Overview

PrimePress DTF provides custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers and gang sheets printed to customer specifications. All products are made to order based on customer-submitted files.

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

Products & Services

  • All products are custom printed

  • All gang sheets are 22 inches wide

  • Orders are produced in-house and are not outsourced

  • Files are printed as submitted

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars

  • Payment is required at checkout before production begins

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice

Orders will not enter production until payment is successfully completed.

Order Processing & Turnaround

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST are processed within 24 business hours

  • Shipping times vary by carrier and destination

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

Carrier delays are outside our control.

Artwork & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Submitting print-ready, high-resolution files

  • Verifying sizing, spelling, colors, and layout

  • Ensuring artwork does not infringe on copyrights or trademarks

PrimePress DTF is not responsible for errors in customer-provided files.

Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork uploaded.
PrimePress DTF is not liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted designs.

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom printed:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the issue is due to a production error

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping carriers are selected based on order size and destination

  • Tracking is provided once the order ships

  • PrimePress DTF is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or damaged shipments must be reported promptly.

Limitation of Liability

PrimePress DTF shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Pressing errors or misuse of transfers

  • Carrier delays

  • Color variations due to screen differences

  • Improper application of transfers

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
